The European Affairs Fund was established by the Provincial Assembly Decision on the Establishment of the European Affairs Fund of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina ("Official Gazette of AP Vojvodina", No. 13/2009 and 2/2010) and designated as the legal successor of the Office for European Affairs of the of the Executive Council of Autonomous Province of Vojvodina. The Fund has been established in order to monitor, analyze and implement the European integrative processes and build and strengthen the institutional capacities of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, aiming at faster integration of the Republic of Serbia into major European political and economic processes, as well as to establish economic, scientific, educational and cultural cooperation with European cities and regions and their institutions.
